Contact us
One mailbox. Read by a person, not a queue.
Email is how you reach us. Write about anything: a report that did not arrive, a payment you cannot account for, a track the Pitch engine got wrong, a data request, or a question before you buy.
Email support@pitchmusic.ioIf the button does not open your mail app, copy the address: support@pitchmusic.io
What to put in the first message
Every item below removes one round trip. The first two matter most: without them we are searching for your track by hand.
- The link to your analysis page. It looks like pitchmusic.io/analyse/... and it is in the address bar of your results page, and in the email we sent you. Paste the whole thing.
- The email address you used at upload. Reports and credits are attached to that address, and it is not always the address you are writing from.
- What you expected, and what happened instead. One line each is plenty.
- If money was involved: whether you paid by card or with credits, and roughly when. A payment reference helps if you have one.
- Any error text on the screen, exactly as shown. A screenshot is fine.
If a paid report did not arrive
This is the case to write to us about first, and the one commitment we make in the Terms: if a failure on our side stops delivery, contact us within 7 days and we will re-generate the report, or, if you paid with credits, put those credits back.
Put paid report somewhere in the subject line so it is obvious at a glance, or use this link, which fills the subject in for you: report a failed paid report.
What we do not have
Pitch is a small operation, so it is worth being plain about what does not exist rather than letting you hunt for it:
- No phone line.
- No live chat.
- No ticket portal or case numbers. Your email thread is the record.
- No published response time. We would rather not print a window we cannot hold every single time. What we can say plainly: every message to support@pitchmusic.io is read by a person, and replies come to the address you wrote from.
Other reasons people write in
- Label, distributor, or bulk volume. Dozens of tracks a month, team seats, or API access: ask about bulk and API access.
- More artist slots on a registered account: request extra slots.
- Your data. Access, correction, export, or deletion. What we hold and how long is set out in the Privacy Policy; a signed-in account can also delete itself from Account.
- You run a playlist or a blog and want to be listed: For curators.
- Stop the emails. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link. If the link is broken, write to us and we will remove you by hand.
Answers that are already written down
Some questions have a documented answer, and reading it is faster than waiting on us:
- What happens to your audio, how long we keep it, and what we retain afterwards: Privacy Policy.
- What a report is and is not, what you are agreeing to at upload, and the remedy when delivery fails: Terms of Service.
- What a finished report actually looks like before you pay: see a full sample report.
